Alpha Broadcast Services International (ABSI) is a firm based in Adelaide, South Australia, that provides specialist consulting services to assist in establishing and developing community radio stations. ABSI also provides training for their announcing staff who produce and present radio programs and to persons who maintain those stations.

Ron Ehrke has wide-ranging skills and hands-on experience, with 43 years in broadcasting as a professional engineer and senior manager and a deep understanding of the needs and unique culture of radio broadcasters in particular.
Experience
Twelve years providing consulting and training services to assist radio development in the Asia-Pacific region. Successful assignments have been undertaken in East Timor, Papua New Guinea, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Mongolia, South Africa and Kiribati. Services were provided in Kiribati to establish a community-based FM radio station on Christmas Island, a remote island located in the Central Pacific region. Since 2003 community radio station development activity has been in Papua New Guinea.
